We talk it through by email, text or WhatsApp, then send a simple drawing, a fixed price and the lead time.

Approve, order and we build
Once you approve, you place the order through a secure checkout link and we start cutting. Ask for progress photos at any time.

01What can be customized?
Size, wood tone (Oak, Black, Walnut, Brown or a colour from your photo), surface (smooth or natural rough) and details such as the edge or the shape of the top. Ask us about anything else.
02How is the price worked out?
By the size, the amount of wood and how complex the piece is. You get a fixed price with the drawing, before you pay anything.
03Which woods and finishes can I choose?
Every piece is solid hardwood. Our tone names are colours, not wood species. Surfaces are hand-sanded smooth or a natural rough texture.
04How long does a custom piece take?
Usually about 15–18 days to make once you approve the drawing, plus 3–5 days in transit: 18–23 days in total. Larger pieces can take longer; we confirm the date by email.
05How does delivery work?
Shipping to US addresses is free and tracked. The carrier contacts you to arrange delivery, and wall pieces come with mounting hardware.
