This website is operated by Lushzlumbera ("we", "us", "Lushzlumbera"). You can reach us at support@lushzlumbera.com. In these terms, "you" means anyone who visits the site or places an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to access it without permission, copying it in bulk, introducing malicious code or using it for anything unlawful.

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including wood, finish and dimensions. Because our furniture is made by hand from solid wood, grain, colour and knots vary, and measurements may differ by up to 1/4 inch (about 6 mm). Screen settings also affect how colours look.

These natural differences are part of the product and are not defects.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

If an item is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation. Payment terms are explained on our Payment Methods page.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified, and we refund any amount paid.

Most pieces are made after you order. Production and delivery times are estimates and are explained in our Shipping Policy.

For custom sizes, finishes or designs, the drawing, specification and price we confirm in writing form part of your order. Please check them carefully; custom pieces cannot be returned except as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Delivery, changes, cancellations, returns and warranty claims are governed by our Shipping Policy, Modify or Cancel Order, Returns & Refunds and Warranty Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

All designs, photos, text, logos and other content on this site belong to Lushzlumbera or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without written permission.

If you send us reviews, photos or ideas, you allow us to use them to show and promote our products, with credit where you ask for it. Please do not submit anything unlawful, misleading or that belongs to someone else.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
