Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club credit and debit cards.

Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal, where available on your device and in your country.

Where offered at checkout, you can split your purchase into instalments with Shop Pay Installments or PayPal Pay Later, subject to approval by the provider. The provider shows the schedule and any interest before you confirm.

Your payment is taken when you place the order. Because each piece is made for you, the full amount secures your place in the production queue.

For custom quotes, we send a secure invoice link. Production starts once that invoice is paid.

Prices are in US dollars. If you browse in another currency, your card issuer converts the charge and may add its own fee.

US sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For international orders, duties and import taxes are included, as described in our Shipping Policy.

If a payment is declined, check that the billing address matches your card statement, then try again or use another method. Your bank can tell you why a payment was blocked; we cannot see that information.

If you see a charge you do not recognise or were charged twice, email support@lushzlumbera.com with your order number. We reply within one business day.
